Understanding declines and failed payments

Payments can fail for a variety of reasons and it’s frustrating.

Many payments fail for good reason and do so to minimize the possibility of fraudulent payments.

There are three possible reasons why a credit card payment might fail:

. If you select to pay your invoices automatically via card, then it may be that the card we have on file for you is no longer valid or expired.
. With card payments, the registered card address needs to match the address we have on file for you.
. International payments blocked: You might have to call your bank card company and ask them to remove the international payments block.

In some rare cases, There may be an issue with our payment system. If the above has been checked and the details are correct yet the payment is still not processed, please get in touch.
